The organization of your company’s workflow is a crucial step to optimizing your business. It may seem daunting, but you can do it. Your team can be more productive by planning and a few tricks.
A workflow is the sequence of steps required to complete a specific task. It could be sequential, parallel, or a combination of both. It includes tasks that are mandatory along with must-haves, nice to haves that have to be completed in order to meet a specific goal. A workflow can be divided into folders on the dashboard to make it easier to find and manage your workflows. For example, the sales workflow can be divided into various folders according to brand or product lines. Navigate to the workflow dashboard and click Create. Enter a name, and then select the checkbox beside the business unit you wish to assign. To change the business unit assigned to a workflow you need to hover over it, then click More > Select the business unit.
